coveragix operates this website as a professional resource for media coverage workflows. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a legally binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom and incorporate the requirements of the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

The site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or otherwise permitted to access it under local law. coveragix aims to keep the site accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Breaches of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Disclaimers That Remain Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. coveragix may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
